In the applicant's EP 2 459 829 B1 an actuator with a pivotally mounted actuating arm for moving furniture flaps is shown, wherein the actuating arm is biased in the opening direction by a spring device. This spring device is used for partial or complete compensation of the weight of the furniture flap, so that the operation of the furniture flap for a person is facilitated. However, critical situations can occur if the furniture flap is not yet connected to the actuator arm. In such a case, no counterweight acts on the actuator arm, so that the actuator arm by the force of the spring device uncontrolled upwards knock out and thereby cause serious injury to persons or damage to objects. In order to avoid such injuries or damage, EP 2 459 829 B1 proposes a locking device which permits a movement of the actuating arm only after the furniture flap has been mounted on the actuating arm and wherein the unlocking of the locking device takes place automatically by mounting the furniture flap on the actuating arm. By the locking device of the actuating arm can be locked in an open end position, so that the furniture flap is to be connected during assembly with the actuator arm located in the open position. Object of the present invention is to simplify the assembly of the furniture flap with the actuator arm.
This is achieved by the features of claim 1. Further embodiments of the invention are specified in the dependent subclaims.
According to the invention it is thus provided that the fitting body of the furniture flap with the fastening device of the actuating arm in the closed position of the actuating arm by automatically pressing the furniture flap in the direction of the end faces of the side walls of the furniture body is automatically latched.
In other words, during assembly, the furniture flap can be guided substantially in a direction parallel to the end faces of the side walls (ie in a direction parallel to a plane spanned by the end faces of the side walls), whereupon an automatic or tool-free locking of the furniture flap fastened fitting body with the fastening device of the actuating arm takes place. This allows an intuitive mounting movement of the furniture flap, without the need for overhead mounting is required.
The actuator arm can assume a substantially vertical position in said closed position. The furniture flap can be mounted pivotably about at least one furniture hinge relative to the furniture body about a horizontally extending axis of rotation. This facilitates the assembly, because then the fitting body attached to the furniture flap in a movement of the furniture flap in the closed position about a defined pivot axis and thus along a predetermined circular arc is movable. In this way, the fitting body of the furniture flap in the direction of a predetermined joining path to the fastening device of the actuating arm out feasible. Alternatively, it is also possible that the furniture flap is pivotally mounted only on the actuator arm on the furniture body, so that the actuator is the only link between the furniture body and the furniture flap.

Fig. 1a shows a cupboard-shaped furniture 1, which can be used for example as a kitchen cupboard use. The furniture 1 has a furniture body 2 and a furniture flap 3, which is pivotally mounted relative to the furniture body 2 about a horizontally extending in mounting position axis of rotation. Fig. 2b shows the furniture 1 in a side view, wherein the actuating arm 6 is in the closed position and occupies a substantially vertical position. In the closed position shown, the actuating arm 6 lies completely behind a plane spanned by the end faces 7a, 8b of the side walls 7, 8. On the furniture flap 3, a fitting body 15 is mounted, which in the mounting position has at least two vertically spaced apart holding parts 15a, 15b, each of which projects transversely (preferably at least 3 centimeters) from the back of the furniture flap 3. The actuating arm 6 has a fastening device 16, by which the fitting body 15 of the furniture flap 3 with the actuating arm 6 is automatically latched. This locking takes place by manually pressing the furniture flap 3 in the direction of the end faces 7a, 8b of the side walls 7, 8 (i.e., in the joining direction 14). The fastening device 16 of the actuating arm 6 has at least one first spring-loaded latch 16a, which is releasably latched to the first holding part 15a of the fitting body 15, wherein the holding part 15a (and thus the furniture flap 3) by the force of the first latch 16a acting spring 24th (Fig. 4b) to the end faces 7a, 8b of the side walls 7, 8 can be pulled out.
